lolita

"what drives me insane is the twofold nature of this nymphet, of every nymphet i suppose, this mixture in my lolita- of tender, dreamy childishness and a kind of eerie vulgarity."

"i want you to live with me and die with me and everything with me"

One of my favorite movie, a literature masterpiece and a heroine for me. I adore Lolita from the bottom of my heart :-)

OT: Thanks for your comment. Tell me about it about being unable to bribe the right people with product! I can't exactly give my stuff away. Also agree that blogs that update too much are a problem. I don't have time to read 11 posts from one blog in one. If I see that in my Google reader, I'll likely just read the last one, unless it's a news blog, of course, and has an excuse for doing that!

Gorgeous still. I am yet to read the book or see the movie, I feel so underprivileged.

One of the most brilliant, complex books of all time. And the movie's not half-bad either!
