The Queen- Bellefonte, PA

We were so lucky to find The Queen- a Victorian bed & breakfast in Bellefonte, PA.
We arrived late- around 9:30pm the night before after a couple hours of stressful driving. Nancy, the owner, gave us a great last minute deal and set us up in the maid's quarters. It was too bad we didn't have more time to spend there because it was so comfy, cozy.

Breakfast was served at 9am. We began with berries and creme, (fresh raspberries from the garden) and moved on to the incredible, beyond amazing Creme Brulee French Toast. It didn't even taste like french toast. It was like nothing I had ever had before- it was so decadently delicious. If you feel industrious enough to attempt this at home, the recipe is revealed here.

A collection of vintage wedding gowns found in Annie's room.

The slipper tub in Annie's room. I want to come back and stay in this room, if only just for the tub.

Old photographs in our room.

I got a little carried away taking photos of the bedroom... this would be a great place for a photoshoot. Maybe one day we will come back.
