Melody
This is one of my favorite Serge Gainsbourg songs from "The Histoire de Melody Nelson". It's kinda long, but if you have the time, listen. It was also featured in "Greenberg," which is why I got to thinking about it again.

You've heard about Gainsbourg (Vie Heroique)? The Serge biopic? It came out in France in January I think. It might be cheesy, but I still want to see it.

ps. you remembered about my mom's jewelry box! is it weird i thought of you when i wrote it? cos i remembered you loving that story and i remembered the photographs of your mom in Europe. It's funny to think of our Moms before they were parents...
